Get answers to common questions about HarborPoint event space.
Rental fees vary based on date, time, and event type. We offer different rates for weekdays, weekends, and non-profit organizations. Please contact our Events Manager for a customized quote based on your specific event needs.
While we recommend our in-house Catering by Root services, outside caterers are permitted with prior approval. Please note that there may be an additional fee for using outside catering services. Our Events Manager can provide more details about catering options.
Our cancellation policy requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Cancellations made 60 days or more before the event date may receive a partial refund of additional payments made beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 60 days of the event are not eligible for refunds. We recommend event insurance for protection against unexpected circumstances.
Yes, alcohol service is available through our licensed bartenders. We offer various beverage packages including beer and wine or full bar service. Outside alcohol is not permitted. All alcohol service must comply with Massachusetts state laws and requires appropriate insurance coverage.
We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance for weekend events and 1-3 months for weekday events. Popular dates, especially during peak season (May-October), often book up to a year in advance. Contact us as early as possible to check availability for your preferred date.
